Patricia AnneFORDPeacefully passed away on Tuesday 28th April 2026,
at St Rocco's Hospice, aged 87, after a long illness bravely borne.
A beloved wife of Tom Ford and a much-loved mother of Niall, Alison and Justine.
Pat will be dearly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at St Joseph's Church in Penketh,
commencing 10:15am, followed by a cremation at Walton Lea Crematorium, Warrington.
Family flowers only, please. However, any donations in Pat's memory would be gratefully received and forwarded to ST ROCCO'S HOSPICE, charity number 511592.
